Sound Understanding controls which services we expose to the Internet, and segment our production network from the rest of our computing infrastructure. We limit who has access to our production infrastructure based on business needs. We never store your password in plaintext. We request and retain your email to provide a newletter.
To protect you from malicious content, we scan all email we receive using a commercial anti-virus scanning engine. When you receive an email from Sound Understanding, we take special measures to ensure it really came from us, including cryptographically signing every email from email@example.com We also test our outgoing emails against spam checkers to minimise the risk of your device incorrectly placing any Sound Understanding email in junk.
Management of our Internet-facing web service is critically important to protecting you. Our entire codebase is custom written by our in-house IT team and is regularly reviewed.
We do not:
• share your personal information (such as email addresses) with third parties so they can serve you with
• permit third parties to collect personal information about you from our Website.
• sell your personal information to third parties.
These include the safeguards in place and what happens should Sound Understandings business interests are acquired by another party.
We may need to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to keep pace with changes in our business; technology, and applicable laws. We will inform you of such updates either by sending a notice to the e-mail address you provided to us or by placing a prominent notice on our Website.
